Official Contest Rules

Important: IF YOUR ENTRY IS DRAWN, YOU MUST RESPOND TO THE CALGARY SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT CORPORTATION BY 12:00 PM (NOON) MDT ON MARCH 27, 2019 OR YOUR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEIT. These rules include provisions that limit our liability and require that any dispute related to this contest be resolved individually by way of arbitration and not by way of class action or court proceeding. Please review paragraph 7 and the provisions of our Terms of Service referred to therein for further information.

Eligibility. You are eligible to enter this contest if you are a resident of Alberta, live in Calgary or within 75 km of its city limits, and are over the age of majority (18 in Alberta), as long as neither you nor a person you live with is an employee, representative, or agent of (i) SkipTheDishes Restaurant Services Inc. (“SkipTheDishes”, “us”, “we”, etc.), (ii) Calgary Flames Limited Partnership or its general partner Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation (the “Calgary Flames”), or (iii) any of the aforementioned parties’ affiliates, partners, or advertising or promotion agencies.
Contest Period. The contest is open from March 22, 2019 until Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 5:00:00 p.m Calgary time (the “Contest Period”).
Entry. No purchase necessary. We have published a post from each of our accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter (each a “Social Media Platform”) that identifies itself as the entry method for this contest. To enter on Facebook, comment on the post as instructed in the post. To enter on Instagram, comment on the post as instructed in the post. To enter on Twitter, retweet our post.
Each post that is made in accordance with the above criteria and that otherwise complies with these rules constitutes one entry (an “Entry”).

Maximum one (1) Entry on each Social Media Platform per day, for a total of three (3) Entries per day.
We may choose to disqualify some or all of your Entries if you exceed this limit. In order for your post to constitute a valid Entry, you must submit it from your own personal social media account on the Social Media Platform through which you enter, and the privacy settings for your post and for your social media profile must be set to allow the post to be viewed by us.
Selection of Winners. Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation will randomly draw one (1) Entry submitted through each Social Media Platform for three (3) total Entries (the “Selected Entries”) on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at or shortly after 5:00 pm Calgary time in the offices at Scotiabank Saddledome. CSEC will contact the person who submitted each Selected Entry (the “Selected Entrant”) through the Social Media Platform through which it was submitted (we may choose to do
so by commenting directly on the Selected Entry on Facebook or Instagram, by @replying on Twitter, by direct message, or otherwise) and will ask that Selected Entrant to contact us. Selected Entrants will be asked to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (the “Question”), and must provide their email address for prize delivery. We may also choose to require any Selected Entrant to complete a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and to provide such proof of eligibility as we may decide is necessary. Each Selected Entrant who successfully solves the Question, provides their address email for prize delivery, has provided all contest documents and proof of eligibility that we choose to require, and has otherwise complied with these rules will be declared
a winner (a “Winner”).

If we do not receive a response from a particular Selected Entrant including all required contest documents and proof of eligibility that we choose to require, a valid email address for prize delivery,
and a correct answer to the Question by March 27, 2019 at 12:00 pm Calgary time, we may void that Selected Entrant’s Entry, draw a new Entry submitted on the same Social Media Platform, and repeat the process set out above until we have declared three (3) Winners. If we need to draw additional Entries in accordance with the foregoing, we may require additional Selected Entrants to respond within two (2) hours or such other timeframe as we may determine, in our sole discretion and without notice. If we do not receive enough Entries through any one Social Media Platform, or if we are unable to confirm a minimum of one (1) Winner for each Social Media Platform, we may choose not to declare any Winners for that Social Media Platform and may instead declare an additional Winner from a different Social Media Platform, but in no event will we declare more than three (3) Winners.
Prizes. Each Winner will receive one (1) prize package (a “Prize”) consisting of two (2) tickets for the Calgary Flames home game at the Scotiabank Saddledome on March 29, 2019. The total value of each Prize is approximately ^$282. Prizes will be delivered by email. There are three (3) Prizes (total of six tickets) available to be won. The chances that a particular Entry will be drawn depends on the total number of eligible Entries that we receive and the distribution of those Entries among the three Social Media Platforms. We will contact Winners in the order in which they are drawn and may, in its sole discretion, choose to allow Winners who respond first to select their seats before Winners who respond later, but we are under no obligation to award Winners their preferred seats. Winners may not elect to transfer or substitute Prizes or any component thereof, but we reserve the right to award a substitute for the Prize (or any component thereof) that is of equal or greater value.
Errors and Malfunctions. SkipTheDishes and its affiliates (the “Skip Group”) are not responsible
for any problems or technical malfunctions of any internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website. The Skip Group assumes no liability for damage to any entrant or person’s computer, telephone, or other device resulting from participation in this contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner,
the winning Entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the social media account through which the Entry was submitted at the time of the draw. You are responsible for ensuring that the social media account through which you submitted any Entry remains active until each Winner is declared, and that it is capable of receiving any messages from us that may be necessary for the administration of this contest.
Additional Terms and Limitations of Liability. By entering, you agree to these rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, including the provisions that limit SkipTheDishes’ liability such as sections 9, 10, and 12 of Part I of the Terms of Service, which limit our liability and require that any dispute between us be resolved by way of alternative dispute resolution on an individual basis and not by class proceedings or other court process. You acknowledge and agree that those terms apply to this contest to the extent permitted by applicable law. You also represent to SkipTheDishes that you meet the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or Entry for fraudulent behaviour, submitting offensive or illegal content (including any content referred to in
Part I, paragraph 6(d)(i), clauses 1 through 6 of our Terms of Service), violating the terms of use of the social media platform through which they submitted an entry, or for otherwise violating these rules or our Terms of Service. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them.
This contest is governed by the laws of Manitoba, and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Manitoba. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or change this contest at our sole discretion.
Contest Sponsor. This contest is conducted by SkipTheDishes Restaurant Services Inc., 8th Floor, 136 Market Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3B 0P4. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or the Calgary Flames. By entering this contest,
you completely release Facebook, Twitter, and the Calgary Flames from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this contest and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this contest.
